Accidents happen, no matter how hard we try to avoid them. Liberty First is proud to provide our members with $2000 in free Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage just for being a member. AD&D Insurance covers the insured in the event of loss of life, limb, sight, speech or hearing due to a covered accident. This free coverage must be activated by you to be in effect and can be done so by responding to the mailing you receive from TruStage or by calling 1-855-773-6754. 

Plan Administrator

TruStage, a CUNA Mutual Group, underwrites all policies for members with only the $2000 coverage offered by Liberty First Credit Union and all new supplemental policies on or after October 1, 2017.

Affinion Benefits Group, a division of Affinion Group, provides coverage for all members who have been carrying additional supplemental coverage above the $2000 offered by Liberty First since before October 1, 2017. Policies are underwritten by Monumental Life Insurance Company.
